whose的意思是（用於問句）誰的；（特指）那個人的，那一個的，其；進一步提供信息時用。

提問形容詞性的物主代詞；提問名詞性的物主代詞。whose用作疑問代詞或連接代詞時只可用來指有生命的人的，意思是誰的，其後通常要接名詞，如果意思清楚，其後的名詞也可省略。
